Print preparation

In preparation for printing, we state-of-the-art (CTP: 3 x B1) and software, such as such as the Equios programme for electronic assembly, Adobe graphics programmes, Pit Stop, and a printer for producing proof prints.

For printing forms, we use CTP technology (Computer to Plate), to create a maximum B1 format pressing plate (1000×700 mm) without using a film, thus providing the best possible quality and speed, and as a result we avoid various mistakes that may occur during film fabrication and subsequent manual installation.

We are also equipped with CIP 3 software and machinery, which enables us to transfer data on colour settings from PDF files to printing machines.

Offset print

We print with Heidelberg multi-color machines, which is a guarantee of high quality and reliability. All printing machines are fitted with a reversing device, which enables fast and high-quality double-sided printing.

We can print on all types of paper and cardboard, from 60g to 400g.

The machines are equipped with CIP 3 software and hardware, for transferring color settings data from PDF files to printing machines.

Finishing

Finishing is a process performed on each printed material after the printing itself. After the paint has dried, which depends on the type of paint, paper and method of application, the printed sheets are treated with finishing processes so that they are suitable for use, regardless of which graphic product it is; it depends on your wishes, means and purpose of the project.
We have our own bookbinder, so we first bind the final product for you and later enrich it with special techniques such as UV varnishing, foil printing, blind printing, etc. We are also no stranger to manual bookbinding, which you can see under the heading "Hand Bookbinding".
